Protocol

add 100 μl sample to each well
incubate for 2 hour at room temp
wash 5 times and add biotin antibody
incubate for 1 hour at room temp
wash 5 times and add conjugate
incubate for 1 hour at room temp
wash 5 times and add substrate
incubate for 15 min at room temp
add stop solution and read at 450nm
